What to pay candidate attorneys?
The Legal Practice Council distributed a notice dated 5 September 2023 referring to regulations published in Government Gazette on 11 August 2023 which calls legal practitioners to submit comments relating to proposed minimum remuneration for candidate legal practitioners. The deadline to submit comments via email to the Legal Practice Council is 11 September 2023. LLB
