It is very fast and easy to apply to join LWS. No emails, interviews or paperwork required!

If you are a lawyer and interested to become a LWS Member, follow these easy steps on our website:

STEP 1: Under the heading “For Lawyers”, press the Apply to join button on drop-down menu. Click here and follow short steps below. On the Apply to join page, enter your email address, create a password and press Submit. Our platform will then send you an email to confirm that you registered as a user on our website.

STEP 2: Submit profile and chose membership package. Complete your details for your individual lawyer profile. Note which few fields are required and which are optional. Press Save Draft and Submit.

STEP 3: Choose your membership package option (eg R350 per month for 12 months for all lawyer types) and monthly recurring bank card (credit/cheque cards) payments and press Submit.

STEP 4: Complete your billing details for purposes of receiving invoices via Xero.

STEP 5: Process your payment order. Press Process Payment to move to the PayFast payment platform, where you will be requested to enter your bank card details. Payment is automatically facilitated by PayFast ( and set up as monthly recurring payments, unless you give us 30 days email/WhatsApp notice to cancel your membership. However, you may make a special request to us, if you prefer monthly EFT payments.

STEP 6: Once you submitted your completed profile and attended to payment, your application will be reviewed. Allow 24 hours for review and approval please. When your profile is approved, your profile will be published and become available on the LWFH website for searching and viewing purposes by the public. LWS will confirm approval and publication to you via email. The LWS will also connect with you via WhatsApp and invite you to join the exclusive Member WhatsApp group for helpful news, announcements, marketing opportunities and a monthly lawyer coaching note.

Once your Member profile is published, you can then Login to manage profile with your email address and password and press Manage Profile to update or edit your profile details at any time. We encourage Members to keep profiles up to date and make use of the LWS website facilities to build their professional profiles and market themselves.

You will receive an automated invoice (generated by Xero) relating to your payment done for your records.
