Do you need Corporate Finance for your business?

The term “Corporate Finance” does not always mean that much to entrepreneurs until you actually need it. The good news is there are more options than the commercial banks to approach for financial assistance. There are a wide range of options that are available out there, and the key is just to prepare your paperwork correctly to access them. Some of the business development financing options from the State are more favourable than the funding offered by banks. Some of them offer payment holidays of up to five years and some of them are can be completely interest free under the right circumstances. During the outbreak of Covid-19, the government has announced a few funding options for SMMEs throughout the country. The major reason is to make sure that companies continue to operate during and after the lockdown period, people remain employed, families continue to be fed and the economy continues to function, even at its most minimal pace.

The Corporate Finance options that have been made available can be for any of B-BBEE transactions, capital expenditure, growth, financial relief, achieving your strategic goals, price order finance, and so much more. We believe that the financing of your business should be as easy as possible for you. We handle everything from concept to completion including handling the constant queries and requests for information, so that you can focus on your operations.
